This model is a special big scale equipment for paddy rice processing .Named 6LN-15-C.It is composed of feeding hopper , paddy husking unit , separating unit for brown rice and chaff ,milling unit and air jet blower ,etc.

Rice huller machine consists of 11 parts, and is a whole processing line to process the rice, removing the rice husk and other impurities during working. Its capacity is 600-700kg/h and you get rice with high quality.  In recent years, we export this paddy miller to such countries as Thailand, Nigeria,Vietnam, Nigeria etc, and those countries mainly market for it, thus our company has already built long-time partnership with them. In addition, warranty for integrated rice milling unit is 2years.

Pre-cleaner: Removing some of the impurities and unfilled grains from the rice grain;
Destoning Machine: Separation of small stones from the rice grain;
Dehuller: Removal of hulls from the paddy to obtain brown rice;
Grain Separator: Separation of unhusked grain from brown rice;
Rice Miller: Core equipment of the paddy processing unit, removing all or part of the bran layer and germ from brown rice;
Sifting Device: Separating the small fragments from the milled rice.

working principle

1. Paddy first goes into machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device ,and then passes rubber roller for hulling .

2. After air blowing and air jetting to the milling room ,the machine can finish the process of cleaning  ,husking ,air blowing selecting , milling and polishing in succession .

3. The husk ,chaff ,runtish paddy ,and white rice are pushed out of machine respectively .
